Their next favourite coffee.
Our six coffees all come from Colombia, as whole beans for espresso and filter. Java is a natural anaerobic coffee from Cerro Azul, roasted light for filter and espresso. Pacamara and Mandela, both from Las Margaritas, are recommended for espresso.
Something rare: Geisha.
Our Geisha comes from the La Esperanza farm in Valle del Cauca. Natural anaerobic, harvest 2026, with floral and fruit notes and honey. It comes in a 180 g bag of whole beans.
For tea and matcha drinkers.
Loose teas in 100 g packs, from jasmine green tea to smoky Lapsang Souchong, and our Ceremonial Matcha, Grade 10A, to whisk with water or turn into a latte.
An evening at the roastery.
On the first Thursday of every month, we open the lab of our roastery for a guided cupping: smell, break the crust, taste and compare. In English and German, with 8 places.
