Every coffee we give is roasted at our roastery on Boxhagener Straße 82 in Berlin-Friedrichshain, on a PROBAT Probatone 12. Masih Mansouri, our roaster, is a Licensed Q Instructor and Authorized SCA Trainer. We taste every roast before it goes into a bag, and we are a member of the Specialty Coffee Association.
Whole-bean coffee from Colombia for espresso and filter: Java, Pacamara, Mandela, La Esperanza, Geisha and Decaf. Loose teas in 100 g packs and our Ceremonial Matcha. Or the CEBE Gift Card, so everyone chooses for themselves.
We pack each coffee within a day of roasting, in bags with a one-way valve. Every coffee then rests for at least seven days before it leaves us, so it is ready to brew when it arrives.
